Fitness coaching

Personal Fitness Training is an important key to achieving health and fitness goals while staying injury free. With personal fitness training your current fitness level is assessed and used as a baseline for your journey.  Your program is individualized and takes your goals, injuries, and overall health into consideration; while keeping you motivated.  Build your exercise confidence, and accomplish your goals!  Your training appointments can be daily, weekly, monthly or yearly basis depending on your program.  Semi-private and group training is also available upon request.  Fitness coaching sessions are held in the private studio.  Mind-body exercises like Pilates and Yoga can be incorporated into your program. 


Corporate Wellness

Improve the health and wellness of your employees with sessions created by Erin Porter.  Corporate wellness sessions are tailored to the number of employees, the space available, the schedules, and the topics of interest.  Health and wellness programs can increase employee productivity, decrease sick days, Improve the overall mental and physical health of your employees.

Pilates and yoga are mind-body exercises that can help to increase strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, and body awareness. The physical aspects such as core strength and muscular imbalances to improve posture, decrease back pain or other general pains.  In addition, they are excellent for balancing the mind and decreasing stress and anxiety.  Pilates and yoga can  improve the way the body functions, looks and feels.  The private studio is fully equipped for Pilates and yoga.

Fitness Training for Cancer Survivors

Erin has a specialty in helping cancer survivors recondition their physical and mental health after a cancer diagnosis.  She is trained and maintains a certification with the ACSM as a 'Cancer and Exercise Specialist' to work specifically with cancer survivors.  She has experience training individuals of all diagnosis to help regain their physical strength, endurance, emotional and mental health.  Individuals who have trained with Erin report having more confidence, less fatigue, in addition to overall improved physical strength, endurance, and mobility.  


Registered Massage Therapy (RMT)

The benefits of Massage Therapy are extensive. Massage therapy treatments have a therapeutic effect and improve overall health by acting directly on the muscular, nervous, circulatory and lymphatic systems. Massage Therapy can help eliminate or reduce muscular and nerve pain.  All massage therapy treatments are tailored to your specific needs.  Massage therapy is covered by many extended health coverage plans and direct billing is available.

Running & Training Clinics

Train to improve your fitness or to complete a 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, or Full Marathon.  The running programs are beginner friendly and offered in the spring, summer, and fall.  Join the group and work towards your own goal with a customized program.  The running clinics include an education on injury prevention, proper stretching techniques, self-care, and cross training for optimal running performance.   The meeting locations for the running clinics are at Malden Park and Windsor Squash and Fitness Club.   The next running clinic offered starts November 25th, 2017 - click here for more information.
