Erin offers a variety of services, she is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), Personal Trainer, Certified STOTT Pilates Instructor, Yoga Instructor, Corporate Wellness Coach, Cancer and Exercise Specialist, and Running Coach.
Erin has completed numerous Marathons, Half Marathons, Triathlons, and IRONMAN. She enjoys training and pushing herself to achieve her fitness goals. She practices safe and balanced training to avoid fatigue and over-training. She appreciates the simple things and loves life.
Erin has been working in the health and fitness industry for over 15yrs. She is passionate about helping others. Her mission with Pilates and Fitness Training is to find what motivates and drives each individual to succeed. She enjoys helping beginners to advanced participants of all ages and fitness levels.
She takes a safe approach to fitness training with her clients by encouraging them listen to their bodies. She believes that it is beneficial take small steps to achieve a fitness goal and to make fitness part of your everyday life. Erin feels that we must find activities that we enjoy and find pleasure in movement. She feels that it is important to respect the body and what it can do.
She has been a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) since 2008. She enjoys being a massage therapist because it is another modality to help her clients with their health and wellness goals.
